Room Doctor’s Captain’s Beds are finally back, by popular demand! For years now customers have been asking us to re-launch our extremely popular Captain’s Bed frame design for direct-to-consumer purchase. Not only have we done so, but we have increased the functionality and versatility with some key design improvements. Like all our platform beds, our Captain’s Beds do NOT require the use of a foundation or box spring. This is because we use solid pine under bed slats to provide a super solid foundation that evenly distributes weight along the full length of the bed. This frame has solid panel head and foot-boards and is super solid choice for bedrooms, campgrounds, apartments and contract projects.
